All sales are not final until we ship the goods and therefore until we ship the goods, we reserve the right to alter our prices. If we alter our prices upwards, you may cancel your order without penalty. If we have not changed the price and you wish you to cancel the order, you will be responsible for our reasonable costs up to the time of your cancellation.
If your item has been ordered specially for you from the United states then the original order is binding and the contract of sale cannot be withdrawn unless this is a common item we sell in which case only a 20% re-stocking fee will be payable to us. The items we consider to be COMMON are those listed in our online catalog.
We retain the right to not proceed with ANY order should we decide not to do so. We have not accepted any order until such time as we have processed the credit card of the customer. Where payment is by other means such as direct deposit or paypal, we reserve the right to refund the money within 7 days and cancel the order should we deem it necessary to do so for whatever reason. Where payment is by cheque or money order, no sale is final until such time as we have the cleared funds available to us and again we reserve the right to cancel the sale for whatever reason prior to a cheque being cleared or a money order cashed. Should this be necessary we will return the cheque or money order to you by post within 7 days.
Please be aware that stock levels (if indicated at all) may be inaccurate and are only used as a guide. Please do not assume that we have all items in stock as this is often not the case.
If no stock level is shown then assume that nil stock is held and that we shall either acquire the stock after your order has been placed and on-ship it to you or have the stock drop-shipped directly from our supplier to you. Should drop-shipping occur this may be via from either an Australian or an overseas supplier. We will advise you of approximate delivery times and provide tracking info to you where possible should this be the case.
We will provide you with a way of tracking all parcels sent as well as a carrier we used. We are not responsible for any goods once they leave our premises. It is your responsibility to chase up any carrier to recover for loss or damage to items. Australia Post is our most common carrier but we do also use DHL and USPS on occasion. We REGISTER all items that we send out and you will be able to track them via Australia Post, USPS or DHL.
If goods are sent without payment (which is unlikely), ownership of the goods does not pass to you until we have cleared funds. Likewise if you make a payment and later it is withdrawn, the goods remain our property.
If you owe us money for any reason and it is not paid within 30 days, interest at 2% per month (calculated daily) will apply.
Where a warranty is for more than 12 months, we only provide for the first 12 months of the warranty on a return to base basis. Where a warranty period is not stated, it is 12 months return to base. Warranty covers failures and factory defects but NEVER any breakages or damage that have occured during installation of the parts or whilst goods are in transit. Further, we insist that all items are removed from the packaging and INSPECTED by the OWNER prior to handing them over to anybody else who may be installing the said items. We are not responsible for any damage to the items that has been found by an installer and not been reported to us by the OWNER prior to the hand off of goods to the installer.
