We try and keep stock of all of our best-sellers but sometimes demand can exceed our on-hand supply. At these times we will immediately have the new replacement items shipped to us from the United States via Air Express Cargo.
Similarly with non-stocked items we will immediately import these for you after your order has been placed. Typically your goods will arrive with 7 - 10 days of your order being placed. Please also note that we can supply pretty much ANYTHING you need for your bike! If we dont have the item on our web site then please email us at shop@cheapbikeparts.com.au and we will quote you on the item ASAP!
Further it is our policy to try and beat any competitors pricing so please contact us before buying elsewhere. The same goes for our OWN products. If you see us advertising any of our own products elsewhere please know that that price will automatically apply here.
